onwards

In a tribute to my new best friend in the whole world (ever) – here’s a small video that reminds us of the genius that is James Jarvis. A collaboration between James Jarvis and Richard Kenworthy which makes one want to take up running! onwards.tv

tiltshift lens app

A lens trick now made famous and overused by many agencies now – but still looks fantastic! There is a nice little app for you iPhone allowing you to create the illusion of a mini toy town on any image of your choice. By simply adding a strip of blur and saturating the image it does the job of a £1000 lens for around 59p!! Here’s some images I have shifted using the TiltShift Generator

Thanking you Mr James Jarvis

I received my lovely little James Jarvis Lino print today - and what a splendid thing it is. I will make sure to upload some pictures once its all framed.

Mr Jarvis is producing a Lino print every week this year in small signed editions of 7. Make sure you snap them up before they are gone (a new print is uploaded every Saturday)

Aquabatics

Aquabatics from MEDIA14 on Vimeo.

I had the great pleasure of filming and working with Media14 in my previous job, I have been all nostalgic recently looking back through my old edits and Wakeboarding DVD’s we produced. This “Aquabatics” piece is a fantastic example of their work.

Vintage Film Posters

Towards the tail end of 2010 we randomly popped around my dear friend Gresh’s house for a cup of triple strength Dutch coffee. Gresh happened to mention she has some film posters in the loft that I might want to look through, to my delight it featured some fantastic vintage posters from all around the world all from different decades. I will dig some more of the posters out as there are some fantastically surreal b-movie posters.

Where? Ware

My entry into Don’t Panics competition “A Town Called Panic”, where we had to depict your hometown. This little ditty came runner up and won my work colleagues and I a private viewing of a “Town Called Panic”.
